INDUCTION BOLTING

A small unit equipped with an internal cooling system, generates a magnetic field via an inductor. The magnetic field generated produces the final heating effect. The heat is necessary to mechanically stretch the stud without damaging the sensitive parts involved and permit tightening or loosening of the nut, without use of high forces. Induction bolting requires the application of drilled bolts/studs. The induction unit is “all-in-one” and requires only an electrical connection, no water connection/ discharge required nor external chiller or other support tools.

Any kind of bolt/stud with central hole Ø9 or bigger.
