FEA SIMULATIONS

To make sure that your parts or structures can withstand the workloads with optimal dimensions and costs, you need calculations and FEA simulations.

Optima Power offers you the service of creating "Linear Static Analysis" in Solid Works Premium software. The static analysis report allows you to view the stress state, deformations, distribution of the degree of safety of your assembly and answer the questions:

- will there be a fracture due to workload?
- can the product be lighter and therefore cheaper?
- can it be made of some other material?
- is the desired level of security met?
- inspection of thin-walled structures (Shell elements)?
- analysis of lattice structures (Beam elements)?

After the FEA analysis, you will receive a complete static report with all the set parameters, results, photos, etc. information in DOC and PDF format.
